disgusted

I am ABSOLUTELY disgusted, appalled and infuriated by those cowardly people who use fake names to write and criticize other people in their blogs. My cousin told me about this twit hunter person who used his picture to blog and write nasty things about his friends. Not only that, I "visited" that website and if not for my maths test tomorrow, I would have cursed those cowards (they're a group of people) who seem to have their noses in the air against those who aren't good in their studies and those who take their own pictures.

What a world I live in. My eyes, which have already been opened to a certainly large extent, seem to find room for more, especially with those insolent and brainless dummies who do not deserve to be called people. If I offend anyone, accept my apologies, but if you have nothing to fear, why be so bothered?

Perhaps reading 'Enemy of the People' tells me that society isn't all as perfect as it seems, even in this country. I recommend this play to all who want to know about the poison in society, but too bad, it isn't on sale. The play basically tells about the corruption in people and how truth cannot prevail without power. How true it is, though not in a large extent.

If only I'm in anime world, I can at least sharpen my blade, create some mighty jutsu or bankai or oversoul with a powerful spirit (or just name me any strong attacks from action-packed anime) or use Snake Bite and deal with them. No killing allowed, and I abide by the rules, but I wonder which is worse, pain and suffering or death. Depends on the individual's perspective I guess.

welcome party

I have been busy with CCA, homework, and studying. Yes, a Maths test is coming up next Monday.

Later I'll be attending ahband's Welcome Party. To welcome the new sec ones, duh! I'm waiting for Phyllis' reply, but in the meantime, I'll find something to do.

I'm making themes. I think the website only features Nokia and Sony Ericsson, but anyway, if you want a personalized theme for your phone, tell me. Send me your images, and remember to tell me your mobile brand!!!

Haru no hikari atsu metara hana sakasete
Natsu wa tsuku ukabu umi de mitsumete
Aki no kaze fuyu no yuki mo sono toiki de
Atatamete hoshii
Four seasons with your love mou ichido

This song is nice. *nods head*

Naruto 217, 218 and KIBA 41 and 42 today. This Naruto filler is probably the best of all. I just hope they get back to the three years later, then we can all enjoy the taste of exciting battles between Naruto and gang and the Akatsuki.

Haha.

hihi

When was my last post? 12 January? Whatever, anyway, I am coping well with jc life, with all my homework and cca inclusive. Yeah, band gets more fun somehow, but as I reminiscise about ahband, I realise that I miss Mr and Mrs Chua's guidance.

I tell you, GR Selections is one tough piece. Look at the tuba score, and you'll see bars of continuous triplets going at speeds of 132 per crotchets. Even my senior who plays the double bass cannot be relied on. Double basses and tubas aren't meant for playing fast passages!!! And he, a diploma holder, told me, "You're from ahs right? Can do it lah."

-________-

....................................

Any ahband member reading this should buck up and jolly well get a Gold with Honours. I can tell you, being the solo tubist in tpjcband is tough. I am working very hard to improve (I can play Night Safari, okay! My dear section, please do not underestimate your senior, arigato.), and I must say, I AM improving. But don't ask me to play GR Selections without more than one tubist--I cannot handle the whole song alone. My fingers aren't strong enough yet even if my eyes follow the score perfectly well.

Oh well...ja ne

tpjc band

I just had a nice chat with Yueyang on the phone. Haha, I'm the only ahband 2006 member in tpjcband, and the sole tubist. (The previous tubists graduated. Wah!) Good luck to me, dude. Yueyang laughed, and I ticked him off. Guess this just shows how much I need to buck up and be brave enough to play solo throughout the many future band practices.

><

I fear that my sight-reading skills have deteriorated since my grade 8 practical last year, or is it that the songs I sight-read in today's band practice were harder? Anyway, I shall improve by the next band prac on Monday. I feel that the conductor, whatever his name is (he knows Mr and Mrs Chua by the way), is er...very lame? I couldn't laugh at his jokes and teasings. Maybe because I was busy studying my scores, but haha. *.................................*

I feel very alone in a desolute place. Why is it that my good friends tend to be in other classes? Like Yijia. Now Qin Yu. Haix......if I start talking about fate, damn it, won't I become Neji II? I'm not like him okay! I don't believe in fate.

I was reading Rechelle's blog. Hmm...if you want to take Higher Music with clarinet as your second instrument, I think it's best if you get someone to tutor you. From what I know, you need to play clarinet classical pieces for your O level. Just ask Andy. (if he's contactable -_-) But anyway, what's with commenting how sexy Wei Theng is in his sajc uniform eh??? *shoots question at Rechelle*

I am rolling my eyes and trying not to gag...like I care who is sexy, who's not. Ah...how do you defind 'sexy' in boys? What's the difference between 'sexy' and 'hot'? Someone just enlighten me, dozo.

my bad

My bad, my eyes were simply scanning down the list...ah...there are 23 people in my class, with one more boy than girl. It reminds me so much of 4D; I miss AHS now.

Or more precisely, I miss ahband. How's the band doing? Preparing for SYF? That I know, duh. *throws a music file* I know the song is really nice--Sunrise and Safari. Damn, even the title sounds interesting, makes me want to play the piece for SYF. Instead of the old Singapore medleys, this year focuses on what, attractions?. Yeah, bring out the melodies of the animals with vigour! That's what music is supposed to be about, especially in this century...

Yep, I joined tpjcband. To my surprise, the list was quite full, haha. Those ex-band members want to join band again, and I wonder how many were tuba players. I caught one name from vs. Hmm...I really hope I'm not the only girl in tuba section, though I feverishly wish to try other instruments. if not, I'll settle on the grandfather of the band again. ^^

Hello? Not another virus?

Teme, that Aizen from Bleach is a prick. Out of the many villains I know of in anime, Worst Villain Award goes to Muraki from Yami no Matsuei. At least I can stand Orochimaru, Aizen, Hao, the Homunculus, Hugh etc, but this Muraki is so sadistic, so vile, so perverse, I can't imagine how could such people exist. Okay, in anime, yes. *rolls eyes* This villain, I've been scolding him for two weeks straight after watching the anime; the longest length of time for any villain I know.

I made new friends from class. Welcome Xin Yu and Annabelle! lol

S26

S26. That's my class with the combination of H2 Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and H1 Geography. I know no one, and I'm one of the two girls in the class. The rest are boys. Pathetic, absolutely pathetic. *rolls eyes*

Jeez, at least I'm not the only girl in the boy-dominating class, if not I'll become much more boyish than in the past. I won't change much, be assured. =) You know what this means? It means, I'm working very hard to top my class.

Don't point fingers at me. I'm serious.

Yet I'm smiling, because........Naruto 216 is coming out!

My sec 4 classmates are like in one class. S12. Those Economics group...lol. Have fun, people.

Looking forward to the band barbeque this Saturday. Haix, Qing Fang not going...

first lecture

Not wanting to waste time today, I attended all the introductory lectures, Geography, Economics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Chinese, Physics. Don't know why the hell I'ld attend Economics, but just to accompany people, enjoy the air-condition, see what it's like, and too lazy to come in during Chemistry which took place afterward.

*..........* It's worth ten dots.

First impression of Economics: boring

Getting to know more about it: zzzzzz

Tomorrow's introductory lectures will be so much slacker--I only have General Paper lecture to attend, unless I want to accompany people to Biology and sleep my way through...Tell me to bring a book to school tomorrow to read, I'm sure I can finish at least three chapters during the many hours of roaming about, bored to near death. Wait till I get my timetable--I wonder how many people take the same combination as me, since most take Economics.

Yeah, I'm joining band. There's always a need for music to fill my life. (don't count playing the piano everyday. I want to play more songs besides the ones I have.) See if I can try other instruments to play, if not, I'll stick to my tuba. -_-

Well, I'm still sick, but feeling slightly better than yesterday. Luckily for me, I brought my jacket to school--the auditorium was freezing. Sitting there for three hours straight, it was a wonder I didn't shiver like a leaf.

AHband barbeque this Saturday. I'm looking forward. ^^

three day orientation

Hi, I'm back again. Sorry, I am too lazy to blog these few days because I was caught up with trying to watch Bleach on Youtube, but as we all know, the connection is not that good, so while waiting, I do other stuff...

Currently chatting on MSN with three people, really scary you know. Didn't know Faith also likes Bleach (QF, happy? =D). She likes Ichigo, I like Byakuya. =p Only Ichigo's Bankai is the coolest, yeah. Byakuya's bankai is very beautiful, Hitsugaya's bankai is really strong, that ojiisan's bankai is really magnificent (from First Squad). And there're Fullmetal Alchemist, Ouran High School Host Club...haha, discussing anime is one of my favourite conversations, especially if they are the well-known ones.

Yeah, Naruto, Bleach, FMA, Ouran. Bring in the anime crowd!

Maybe I can introduce that snaking-through-the-crowd line to the band...ahband needs more enthusiasm...hmph. But it'll be weird--I'm not known as the enthusiastic type.

I'm down with a flu. Need to get better by tomorrow, because I'll be teaching my neighbour piano lessons as part-time job.

How funny, others do their part-time jobs during the holidays, I do mine when school reopens. I still have to study theory and take the exam in November. The hard part of learning music...

night at the museum

I watched 'Night at the Museum' with Qi Qin, Miss Chia, Roy, and Willfred. Because Shawn couldn't make it, so there was a free ticket. I was at Expo, Metro Sale and Book Sale. =) Yes, I was late when I reached there, but luckily, the excitement hadn't arrived yet. It's a nice and rather funny movie, and if you like history, go for it dude!

Where history comes alive. I like that. ^^

Tell me about it, I like Bleach now. (QF, you happy? =D) BUT Naruto still stays above Bleach, because it is more associated with wanting to change destiny. One of the main themes is loneliness, and that is the factor why I like Naruto so much. Same for Shaman King. Both anime talk about accepting people for who they want to be. If you want to talk about battles, let's see...very nice, very nice. Naruto battles have interesting jutsu, Shaman King has exceptional furyoku, and Bleach has amazing bankai. No comparisons needed; all have their pros and cons.
Omedeto, omedeto, omedeto!!!

Happy New Year 2007

Happy New Year to all! Shinnen omedeto gozaimasu. ^^ Well, finally, I get to watch Code Geass on youtube. Yay, thank you to the people who uploaded Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion! (though the loading still sucks...urgh)

Okay, that's QQ, Xin and me from the primary school barbeque, then Xin and me. I know I'm not pretty (and I don't care), but anyway, my glasses tend to reflect the light. I really hate photo-taking--what's so nice about posing? Might as well taking the person in his/her natural state. *nods slowly*

The 251th post for today is to mark the New Year. Whee~ I stayed up till midnight and now, I'm suffering from aches all over. Think it was due to playing 'Colour Blind' at the playground with my cousins yesterday. This game is simply choosing the colours which the catcher cannot touch. No one is allowed to touch the ground, so all we did was climb, stretch and evade capture. What a good way to stretch those muscles and "show off" your agility in climbing. lol =p

I'm watching Bleach. Come on, KIBA 39 is out!!! Yeah, Tempura kicks Jimoto's sorry ass! Too bad, the story isn't yet over. More action, more excitement. Ja ne.

Wow, the new Amil Gaoul is really cool! He even opens his eyes! Amil Gaoul wa kakkoi ne! ^^
