Happy Lunar New Year

Happy new year to all!!! The time has come for us to receive the much awaited red packets, aka ang pao and savour the aromatic ba kwa *sp?* and new year goodies. Well, for me, it's a time to take a short break from schoolwork and catch up on my dose of anime. The adrenaline is pretty low lately, but after the release of Naruto Shippuuden, I'm in good spirits. Ikimashou, Naruto! Open a can of whoop ass on those Akatsuki! Well, he has killed Kakuzu already...Shikamaru with Hidan...Sakura with Sasori...hope someday it'll be Sasuke with Itachi, then we can forget about Sasuke and Naruto's broken friendship...Naruto as Rokudaime. Yeah, I second that!

No taboo words on new year, so I shan't say anything to those villians from Bleach, lol, but Kariya disgusts me. He looks like a vampire in need of some slaying. Zaraki Kenpachi is an interesting person. He's impressive. But my favourite are Yoruichi, Byakuya, Ichigo and Toshiro! To name some...

For people who think that anime is useless and a piece of shit, sumimasen, I learn many life values from watching them than from tv dramas which depict romance. Gah. *shrugs* One man's meat is another man's poison. No arguments needed. Peace to all.

Naruto Shippuuden

Naruto Shippuuden is out!!!!! And I'm screaming in euphoria!!! Alright, I do NOT scream, but I was jumping around yelling "YATTA!!!" until my sis told me to shut up and watch the anime in silence while she peacefully played her maple. (how can it be peaceful with all the mouse clicking as she tried to log in?!)

Naruto is really handsome now. Three years ago, he would be labelled as cute, but now, he's handsome. Sasuke stays the same (how come he doesn't have a pack? I thought wearing Orochimaru's uniform would show some abs, but hmph.), and his eyes are emotionless. But at least he looks better than in the manga. Sai is too PALE. I wonder if there's any colour on his skin...Hi Yamato, hi Sakura. ^^

Luckily I read the manga beforehand, if not I'ld be wondering where Sai came from. Nah, this opening clip is after the Gaara kidnap arc. Then I shan't say anymore--you watch yourself!

happy friendship week

Happy Friendship week to all! Yesterday was Valentine's Day, which didn't leave so much an impact on me; today is Total Defence Day, and the siren caused some mock chaos in the class. Very unwanted. -_-"'

But, Lunar New Year is coming, takara, subarashii desu! ^^ I'm looking forward to the long break actually, where I can perhaps watch my healthy dose of anime.

Yong Ying told me about the real adaptation of Princess Princess called Puri Puri D(or Princess Princess D)--if you like bishonen, I believe this show might be for you. The first episode left me wondering how come there are boys more beautiful than girls...and, this adaptation looks nicer than the anime!!!

Okay, I shall have my dose of Bleach, Naruto and KIBA tomorrow. Ja!

a challenge

I have been somewhat issued a challenge by twit hunter when he said "oh btw kris, that name may also fit me too, I can twist your words against you. =D" I said "twist hunter sounds more interesting; we need to 'twist' events around" in my previous tag. Wonderful; I feel that a grin is slowly spreading across my lips as I watch the whole replay of events as a third person observer.

I am bemused to read the tags in my cousin's tagboard. Sensing a heated battle between him and the intruders, I believe my cousin has more supporters on his side since he is innocent after all. At first when he told me about it, livid with rage was I, but gradually, I see it as a challenge, a battle of wit and righteousness. Rebuke when you can, play fire with fire (though we should change this phrase to 'play water with water' since we can drown each other instead of burn each other out).

Enough with amusement for the day, Naruto 219 is out. 220 marks the end of the fillers, where Naruto grows up. 216 to 220 are the best fillers--we get to see Gaara's Shukaku and Naruto's determination to rescue Gaara as a special comrade.

Let's await the release of Naruto: Shippuden next week!

1st Feb

Ice cream making!!! Let's play with liquid nitrogen--I bet you'll get five ice cream sticks if you touch liquid nitrogen...no, make it ten with both hands. But anyway, the chocolate chip ice cream came out fine. ^^

Now is already February, and results are coming out next week. I'm not so concerned, but I'll miss my class 07S26. It's an interesting class of high insanity and reminds me of 4D, but 4D is rowdier and gets into trouble with every teacher teaching them. LOL. I can survive through insanity and NOT be insane.

Irritating virus...curses to the teme who made it using my msn email somemore...
