my 300th post

Congratulations. I've reached my 300th post after 4 years. *opens a bottle of champagne*

Today marks the last day of my Mid-years. Unbelievable. Only 2 days of exams, but the preparation was a killer. In the end, I forgot half of what I've studied. None of us could complete the full papers; well, I had still had 10 minutes left when I did my Physics, but if you want to count the number of blanks...In a way, I did all, but left some questions blank. Gya-ah-ah!!! Only my Geography looked complete, so I can just declare, I'm passing Geography. It's the only subject I haven't failed so far since secondary school, and I intend to keep it that way.

To my juniors, and fellow friends--luckily I'm not a vengeful person, and I'm not bothered by what people think of me. Just to let you know, my anger dissipates easily, so I don't bear grudges for long. But there are times where my emotions are at stake, and I may just explode...

Let's see...for horror anime lovers, I recommend Ghost Hunt. This 25-episode long anime is pretty nice and thrilling. Comedy, supernatural, mystery, horror. Yep, you've got the elements of horror. Even the music (opening song, ending song) goes well with the show. Hail to Toshiro Masuda!

If I were to count the number of anime I've watched (complete or not), it might exceed 40. Maybe even 50. Ha, will try to recall some other time.

Happy 300th entry! ^^

Band Day 2007

Let's just say that some things regarding ahband handover today were unexpected, but I shall not disclose anything. I'm not in the mood to do so...

With regards to the tag, I shall clarify some things. In my vocabulary, 'bastard' is a better word than 'asshole'. But then, think again, isn't the f-word more vulgar? Please think again before you comment, my dear juniors. But anyway, I don't mind taking the blame for my impulsiveness, since I tend to be harsh using my words. My apologies then. Let's just say, I prefer to keep quiet because I am very straightforward.

My second apologies, but I'm not taking back my words. One thing I can't stand, is people assuming too much, even if it's a joke. I take things seriously, maybe a little too seriously, that's why...More importantly, you are not me, so don't assume things when I never consider it that way. I dislike teasings. Honestly. Who likes them, especially when they are relentless and ongoing and totally untrue?

I've already forgotten half of what I've studied for Mid-years. Oyasumi.

quick review

Kuyashiku tatte hito ha daremo minna
Sono ashi de susumu shika nai dayo
Samayotte nayande sonna jibun mo
Te seru mirai konna katachi darou

悔しくたって人は誰も皆
その足で進進むしかないだよ
彷徨って悩やんでそんな自分も
手する未来はこんな形だろう

Even if I am frustrated, it must be the same for everybody.
I have no choice but to advance on my own.
Even if I am puzzled and troubled,
it's how we make progress.

I was "busy" reading D.Gray-man manga and studying that I forgot about other things. Well, almost. Yep, balancing the powers of yin and yang. (Which is which is left to your guess, haha)

Finally found some manga websites to update on my current affairs in the manga world, however, I usually read Naruto and Bleach manga in youtube to save time, so I'm putting the links there for fun. =p Trying to find Ouran High School and Gakuen Heaven, but I'm more interested in reading my D.Gray-man, haha...

I feel that all the topics I've studied are simply leaking out of my mind. It always happens for mid-years when my best efforts never show. All the best people, I'll create miracles for promos. I believe in miracles, since I have created them through hard work.

D.Gray-man

D.Gray-man is nice!!! Reminds of Fullmetal Alchemist though, haha...15-year-old boys, something "wrong" with one arm, center-parting...lol.

Only two weeks left to school reopen and mid-years. -_- I want to pass all my exams!!! It's crucial that my parents don't get sent for the darn (and possibly inevitable) parent-teacher meeting. They hate attending such stuff, waste of time. I hate it too. =) More importantly, I want to prove that I do better in exams than in tests. Stupid reasoning, but nevertheless true. (I do better in end-year exams, not mid-years.)

Tsuyoku, tsuyoku naritai kara hashitteru
Ushinatta mono umeyou to shite hazushiteshimatta PURAIDO
Torimodosu yo kono ryoute de boku ni ha mieru ashita no PURAIDO

強く、強くなりたいから 走ってる
失った物埋めようとして 外してしまったプライド
取り戻すよ この両手で僕には見える明日のプライド

I want to become it so bad, so I'm running away
The things that were lost, while trying to replace them, I lost my pride
I'll take it back, with these hands of mine, the pride of tomorrow that I can see

Weird...the English translation is weird...I believe tsuyoku means "strong"...I didn't study Japanese, but I do know random words....

first & last june hol band prac

I was reading some of my juniors' blogs, and I really believe I've missed out a lot ahband camp. I couldn't go due to parental objections--mum wants me to study for mid-years. *...* Weird, she allows me to go for the mj farewell party next week...but then, I did PAY for it, and I miss my seniors!!! ...Not that I'm complaining, since I really want to keep surprises until I visit the band again, hopefully on ahband Farewell Party. (That, my mum allows, since it's most likely held on Saturday...)

Yesterday was the first band prac without J2s, and I survived. Easy sight-reading, practising the ever-familiar Circle of 4ths (when will we play Circle of 5ths?), getting my tone back...then no more holiday band prac until after exams. Our conductress wants us to study hard and not come back saying we can't go for band because of lousy results blah blah blah, she'll SLAUGHTER us...Reminds me of Mrs Lam, haha. Reminiscence...I was the only one who said, "Of course." when she asked if we would study hard. I didn't say it for fun--I MEAN it. After the dismal test results, I am piqued, annoyed and unsatisfied. Irritating--I failed my H2 but passed my H1. So far, only my Geog survived, and improved. (Luckily, I passed my second Maths test...)

ずっとこのまま 夢でもいいよ 構わない
「また明日」の終りに 足を止めて目を閉じた

The night panorama, search for only me
stop time, and please smile for me
Always just like this, it's okay even if it's a dream, I don't mind
After the "see you tomorrow", I stopped and closed my eyes

thermal physics

Thermal Physics is interesting now that I know what I am supposed to find, and after learning about Gases in Chemistry. (Chemistry is easier...) But if only I can remember my formula for trigonometry... -_-

Currently trying to search for a better background image that isn't so messy. Yes, I the maker of the temporary background for my class blog finds it messy, so why won't the rest? Hmm...just make something plain is enough...black backgrounds are nice. Okay, I'll try searching.

Going to hit the 300-mark after a few more posts. Haha...Four years I have had this blog, people. Four years...

If I go to a sunny spot and stretch my arms out,
"I wonder if I can go beyond the sky?"
that's what I thought
The wings I use to fly away are still invisible
It's because it's not simple that I can go on living

Today is the last episode for Inuyasha, and I think I'll try to watch it. Yawn, 12 mn, I want my sleep...

Then tomorrow is a new anime. Jigoku Shoujo. Ah, I've heard of it. Sounds interesting. And I really must catch D.Gray-man now. Exorcism is in my league, you know. Thanks to Guan Wei, Qing Fang and Minyuan, haha...

Hmm...Gakuen Heaven looks erm...interesting? *...* Bishonen all around in an all-boys' school! Haha...the Ozawa twins remind me of the Hitachiin twins from Ouran High School...full of mischief. But I prefer the Hitachiin twins, at least they are not so evil.

Nakajima Hideaki is cool! Haha, bespectacled bishonen go well with me everytime. ^^ (meaning, I like bespectacled bishonen.) And he has blue hair! lol

koge donbo

Simply having fun tagging at my class blog. Haha...Jeff called me a loyal fan. -_-" Oh well, I guess I shall go and listen to my jap songs since that blog doesn't have any. =D

I was searching for Harry Potter anime pictures, and found some really cute ones.

Courtesy to Koge-Donbo (Koharuno Kokoro), creator of Digi Charat, Pita-ten and Kamichama Karin. And she's also a Harry Potter fan! ^^
