U-kun's birthday

Happy Birthday, U-kun! And he's turned 22...
First picture is him as Tezuka.

I think I'm going to take note of the TeniMyu guys' birthdays to commemorate them for their participation in TeniMyu. Especially Seigaku 2nd cast and Hyoutei cast. Who knew Saito Takumi's birthday is just one day after mine! lol.
Fangirl? More like I like them because they acted in Prince of Tennis...BuriMyu is on crunchyroll too. It refers to Bleach musical. SO far, I like the actor as Byakuya ONLY. And Yoruichi is super cool too. ^^
Hana Kimi episode 11: Yo, ever seen guys cheerleading in poms poms and all? I'm impressed with their enthusiasm. Of course, you won't see me out there in the cheerleading - I'ld much rather hide among the audience, ha.
Hana Kimi episode 12: This episode is pretty long, I wonder if it should be episodes 12 and 13 instead...I always love the way Sano and Nakatsu spit water. So hilarious I kept replaying the part. I like this ending better than the Taiwan version. Hontou ni daisuki da yo. I also love the instrumental music. Maa...if only there is a sequel to the ending...
Well, Happy Boxing Day...

Merry Christmas 2007

Konbanwa, minna-san, kurisumasu omedeto gozaimasu! Evening, everyone, Merry Christmas!

Hai, hai, so for today, here are several Christmas pictures to celebrate this joyous occasion. (Duh, credits to where I found them! Furthermore, couldn't resist putting one Choutarou image up there, hehe) I want to upload from many different anime, but I think it's best to search for those images and view them yourself. I give my thanks to friends and family for the SMSes and gifts. Thank you my friend (shan't say who *smile*) for all the Naruto gifts! Love them! ^^

Absolute Rikkai Second Service videos are out, though unsubbed yet. Here's a link: http://www.youtube.com/profile_videos?user=Crevettola&p=r

Can't wait to watch when I'm done with Hana Kimi Japan. Also, I'm waiting for HigaMyu to be out next year. And yeah, surprise surprise, U-kun's birthday is tomorrow. Expect more images!

Hana Kimi Japan epi 5

Hana Kimi (Japan) episode 5 is very entertaining, especially since it's a summer vacation episode. I always find summer vacation episodes hilarious, because they always center around the beach. And this episode activated a bad round of coughing interspersed with laughter. Flirting showdown...Kagurazaka, you got "guts" man! *coughs* If it's him alone, I'm sure he'll get more than Nanba, haha...

Reminds of Tezuka vs Atobe...I bet Atobe will win. Honestly, his fanclub is the whole Hyoutei Gakuen, why wouldn't he win? He was also ranked first in the latest popularity vote, with votes doubling first runner-up Fuji. Ryoma was third and Tezuka was fourth. Yay, Tezuka-buchou is still popular. ^^ If only it were Prince of Tennis...Maybe we change the title to Prince of the Beach? *anime freak mode*

Prince of Bowling, Prince of Billiards, Prince of Volleyball...

...

Forget about the DD Boys video links in my earlier post: they're gone. And I found a Shirota Yuu fan website: http://www.shirotayuu.com/s_biography.html

LOL, U-kun is handsome. Remind me when his birthday comes. =)

I left Hana Kimi (Japan) at episode 3 a month ago, but I've decided to pick it up and continue watching because of Kagurazaka...more like because of U-kun. Hehe, cos I saw a youtube video of the Sano-kiss-Kagurazaka part, and U-kun's expression was really cute!!! Twelve episodes to watch, mata ne. ^^
Yeah, he doesn't look fully Japanese, I know - the first time I saw him when I watched Prince of Tennis live action movie (before picking up TeniMyu), I knew he had some Western blood in him. Well, I find that people with mixed parentage always turn out very attractive...simply my personal opinion. Don't you agree...? I like his hairstyle actually...like Tezuka's though not as naturally messy with hair ends curling out.
My hair curls out too, though I must say, this hairstyle of mine looks more like Fuji's...=)
My cough is still with me...better get well soon in time for the concert...

D Boys

Hiya, I'm back from Korea and Hong Kong...with a flu and sore throat on my last day...curses...

In case you think I'm still slacking, hello, I'm studying Maths and doing my Geography homework which is to be printed out and handed in, first lesson next year. And I'm already done my Physics, though I didn't really finish my Chemistry because my brain doesn't seem to be working properly when it comes to application questions...

D boys, the group of Japanese actors, some who happen to have acted in Tenimyu before, yadda yadda...and I found this wacky series called DD-boys starring them as themselves (refering to Documentary D Boys) Maybe wacky is an understatement...
DD Boys: http://www.youtube.com/profile_videos?user=ImigoTenshi&p=r
http://www.youtube.com/profile_videos?p=r&user=sheirasora&page=2 (since episode one and two aren't found in the above link...)

Because I like Shirota Yuu. Not so much to be considered a fan, but I think he's a good actor and singer. The only thing I'm a crazy fan of is anime. ^^

Shall I describe my trip? Nah, I might be too direct, but otherwise, it was find. I prefer the rural part of Korea to Seoul, though Seoul is a shopping haven...provided you have the cash to spend. I wasn't interested in the fashion trend, though I have to say, their fashion sense, plus Hong Kong's, way surpasses us Singaporeans. Not once do I see them entering the mall in plain slippers and casual wear, class t or other school-related shirt. Iie, I see sophistication. Like, flip over the newspapers and look at the Urban section, or the magazines for example. Boots, leggings, tops etc. A more practical example may be the Barbie dolls in modern wear...I can't think of a better example...Not that I really care, but even the guys know their fashion. You want more details, come find me - I'll be happy to relate everything I can remember. Well, if you are going to Korea or Hong Kong, or have been there, you might know.

Ja ne. Need to continue my Geography, and I haven't watch DD-boys yet. No subtitles, so I'll try to understand as much as I can.

Get well soon, Kris...*coughs and clears throat*

Off to Korea

Before I fly off tomorrow, I'll like to introduce this Prince of Tennis video clip from one of the episodes, episode 137. It's really funny seeing Oshitari's reaction to Amane's bad puns, compared to the others who just give a "what-the-hell?!" look. And Ibu Shinji's consistent muttering is as irritating and funny as usual.

Haha, I really want to rewatch the whole training camp arc, because one of my favourite matches was the one between Kikumaru-Choutarou vs Oishi-Shishido. Another would be the Tango pair, aka Atobe vs Sanada. And Tezuka comes back! ^^ Episodes 136-146: Junior Selection Camp Arc

TeniPuri OVA is said to end on December 28 this year. And this date happens to be my concert...Looking forward to Doubles One turned singles! Haha...the way Tezuka plays tennis is really awesome, even his entrance is intimidating and super cool!

Atobe's entrance is just plain annoying, and I'm refering to both anime and TeniMyu....*shaves Atobe's annoying hair off* Though I have to admit, that's the arrogant Hyoutei buchou for you. And Rikkai Dai's entrances are the most irritating. Powerful and egoistic. Losing is not part of their vocabulary. Do your best x8~ Try again, try again, Seigaku fight~ Tsuyoku narunda, tsuyoku narunda, must be strong, must be strong~

Happy December 2007

It's December now. Time really flies doesn't it? And I'll be flying to Korea and Hong Kong on Tuesday...when I come back, I'll be going for a VJ band concert at the request of my junior *sighs*, attending more band practices, and there's this Christmas gift-wrapping activity on 16 to 18 Dec at Tangs Orchard. Anyone wants to have their gift wrapped by the "expert" hands of this fellow typing here? Oi, don't belittle my wrapping skills, thank you very much. I happen to be good with paper, maybe because I enjoy handicraft and origami and writing. ^^

Here are some Tantei Gakuen Q pictures, both anime and live action.

The pink-haired girl is Minami Megumi, aka Meg. She has photographic memory.
The boy in front is Renjou Kyuu. Has good sense of judgment, is Ryuu's good friend. Good deductive skills.
Computer boy is Narusawa Kazuma. Rich computer game programmer. Expert around computer stuff, like you see with his laptop...
The man behind Kazuma is Touyama Kintarou, aka Kinta. Son of well-respected police officer. Strong with excellent senses and karate, judo and kendo.
Lastly, light blue-haired Amakusa Ryuu. Very intelligent, cool, and Kyuu's good friend. Well, so close they seem to share a telepathic link...

Kyuu, Ryuu, Meg, Kazuma, Kinta. Live action. Honestly, Kinta looks better in live action...
