Simply because they're funny. Byakuya's opponent is Yachiru, lol. Gin's so funny. In Shinigami Illustration books, everyone's mutual. The part where the Shinigami Women's Association wants to take pictures of the selected few. Byakuya's was the funniest, and Kira and Shuhei's was censored. XDD I'm probably watching Bleach for these funny clips at the back. XDDD

Naruto Shippuuden movie 2: Kizuna

Played 'Bleach: Shattered Blade' on Wii yesterday. It uses the nunchuck and Wii control, and I was damn happy I could unleash Byakuya's two Bankai attacks: senkei and shukei. I can't do the parries at all - didn't understand a single shit how to win the opponent.

Naruto 445: Pain's story. What a joke. As if Nagato's the only one who has suffered. Look at Naruto. Orphaned since birth, shunned by the villagers, labeled a demon behind his back, yet he doesn't turn that into hate. He's truly strong, the reason why I would say he's the only anime character I really admire a lot. Compared to the rest, that is.

Prayer 50/50

Shiraishi's new single 'Prayer' is 15th in this week's Oricon charts. I remember two weeks ago, Ryoma and Kintarou's duet 50/50 was 30th.

Both songs are nice. I almost couldn't differentiate between Ryoma and Kin-chan (who knew Kin-chan can sing? ^^), but it's easy once I listened closely.

Sengoku Basara

Hanasakeru Seishounen has included Singapore! Wah, love this anime. ^^ I was hoping for some sweatdrop whatsoever, but well...

Sengoku Basara! I've heard of the manga before, and it's nice to see names like Sanada Yukimura, Sarutobi Sasuke and Oda Nobunaga appear time and again. Badass action, ikemen, amazing soundtrack, and I like the opening video. For a while, I thought the soldiers were dancing. =) Haven't been reading Samurai Deeper Kyo manga, but I like how the mangaka tend to use these old samurai and feudal lords to remake them into fantasy/ action-packed anime.

I saw for a moment Gai-Lee interaction without the sunset background. -.- And was Uesugi Kenshin's seiyuu Park Romi? Sounds like Ed! ^^ I love his piercing blue eyes and his feminine looks!!! *is a sucker for bishonen*

Just a short side story, haha. I got this idea running after reading Tsubasa Crossover Chronicles and seeing those various crossovers. This is the introduction.

Sanada and Yanagi froze.

"Brilliant idea, Yukimura." Atobe approved. "I like the sound of that. Tezuka?"

Taking the stunned silence from the rest as consent, Yukimura continued, "Alright, so everyone agrees. Kazu-chan, you will be our organiser, so everyone please cooperate with her. Kindly inform your regulars and friends about this event, and tell anyone who refuses to participate that he will have to drink a barrel of concentrated Inui Juice." His smile foretold divine treatment to any disobedience, friend or foe.

Everyone except the emotionless robots shuddered.

Kazuko slumped into her chair. She wouldn't mind selecting from Inui's concoctions, concentrated or diluted, if only to escape her fate so decreed by the Child of God with a demonic side. Exchanging glances with Tezuka told her that he too felt the same way, even if his expression was carefully kept neutral.

She didn't want to imagine Inui cackling away in his laboratory, brewing his deadly drinks...

Because I drew on a small piece of paper, that's why the scanning doesn't cover my full drawing. I'm trying to imagine how Tezuka, Yukimura and Atobe would look like with long hair (after imagining them as Faeries XD). The easiest to draw would probably be Fuji, Ryoma, Kaidoh, Yanagi, Sanada...anyone with a fringe. The hardest? Inui, Momoshiro, Kawamura.

Fairy Tail

Fairy Tail is one helluva manga, with lots of action and some hilarity expected in most shounen manga. "I'm going to find that guy and give him a million ass-whoopings!" Heck, love this translation! But afterward, I'm going to read Pandora Hearts manga.

07-Ghost or Pandora Hearts? I prefer 07-Ghost, yeah, simply because I prefer the action. But both are fantasy anime, with amazing soundtrack.

The ending song to Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood!!!!! OMG, by SID! I thought I recognise that voice after listening to Monochrome no Kiss so many times. When the CD comes out, I expect it to hit top five in the Oricon charts, better still if it's number one. =) And Yui's Again, the opening.

I guess I'm now a SID fan? haha. I could listen to Uso repeatedly without breaking a sweat (but maybe I'll cough a lot). And after listening to Journey Through the Decade by Gackt, I'm wondering if his other songs are just as nice. He's quite popular in Japan. I like his voice too. Okinawan singers are excellent. Honest. I've heard several, Stereo Pony included.

what a week

If you've been wondering about my past activities for this week, I daresay it's a bad week.

I made a horrible mistake in my NTU course selection. Luckily they were kind enough to ask me to change my choice on the day I went for the selection test and interview. *wtf did I put it as my first choice? my fault for not reading up, and their fault for being so misleading*

The night before, I suffered a nasty bout of rashes, had a sleepless night, and woke up with fever on the day of the interview. With low blood pressure and lack of appetite. I still have rashes on my body now, and my fever occurred at night for the past few days.

I had a hard time moving my fingers when rashes appeared on my fingers. That swollen, tingly feeling and difficulty flexing them gave me trouble when I tried picking up a pen or even playing the piano. Come on, my diploma's coming, and Haydn's still not perfect yet! Even my Debussy songs sound so much better than my Haydn, and they were the last pieces I selected.

Now I've developed a cough. Kuso. Saitei na.

I guess watching too much anime (not so much of JDrama unless you count Kamen Rider Decade as the latest instalment or Tenimyu, which is a MUSICAL) has either improved my understanding of Japanese or armed me with a string of profanities to curse with.

And it's always funny that Al gets mistaken as the Fullmetal Alchemist and Ed gets pissed being called small. And Alex's obsession with his muscles.

I just finished Kamen Rider Kiva: King of the Castle in the Demon World 劇場版 仮面ライダーキバ 魔界城の王 and well, I didn't know there was a crossover before. Yep, this movie is satisfying coz questions are answered, the action is there, and the ending is nice. Moreover, music to soothe the soul. ^^

I kinda like this Kamen Rider series. Tsukasa has such a sly mouth. And the arrogance...XDD I'm wondering where that comes from? And why is he like a god in every field in every world he goes to? *coughAtobecough* ^^ Who're the actors filling in the roles? Some are really good-looking! XD

I didn't watch the other series, so I'm not sure what the storylines were about. But I do know that there should be fresh material in Decade otherwise it won't be called the intermixing of the Kamen worlds. Who's the asshole feeding the bullshit about Decade ruining every world he visits? (Narutaki) Makes the plot exciting nya. =) Who's Kaito Daiki, who seems to know Tsukasa? Which world is Tsukasa originally from? Mystery upon mystery...

Kaito: Kamen Rider DiEnd (the end...?) He can summon riders, Rey and Kabuki. Gosh, how many riders are there? He's a treasure-hunter, for god knows what. And I'm angry - how DARE they call Kiva a bakemono (monster)? Kiva's one of my favourite (and the only one I've watched so far), and the story is pretty interesting with a hilarious ending!!!

Shin tenipuri chapter 3

Pardon my spazzing -- the relatively unknown Aichi-Nagoya Seitoku in tenipuri is included in Shin Tenipuri. One guy who looks cool in long hair...=) Liliaden Krauser, ichinen. O.o And Niou's new catchphrase "Pupiina" *WTFH!?* But yeah, I was hoping for some insanely strong highschoolers, maybe on Yukimura's level, to increase the excitement in this sequel. First up, Momo-chan vs Oni (so much like his name). Yay, Momo-chan's debut! Can't wait for the next few chapters!

Someone kick me. Kamen Rider Decade is the newest Rider of the decade, pardon the pun? Including all the previous kamen riders? I'm watching the first episode to find out what it is about. Maybe I should continue where I left off in Kiva since it looks more interesting. I mean, Kiva appeared in this latest instalment of the kamen series...

*watches closely* It really is refering to the kamen riders of the decade. Tsukasa (Inoue-kun) holds the power of the kamen riders of the decade. Kabuto, Faiz, Hibiki etc, changing according to the monsters of the year. I'm thinking time travelling. To the first Kamen Rider, Kuuga.

Frankly speaking, I'm freaking out. I don't know if I'll be accepted into any of the universities with my kind of grades, and I'm not very interested in SMU either. I applied just for the fun of it. Application status in April and May. Kowai desu...

Shortlisted candidates have to undergo an interview/essay writing. I'll choose the essay over an interview anytime...

But I think that over the years, I've overcome my inferiority complex and grown out of my shell. I am still an introvert, but not so much that I fear interviews, talking to strangers (I still do, but not so much), and acquainting with people. I'm friendly only if I've warmed up to you, otherwise I'll be as quiet as a mouse.
