Now up-to-date with Bloody Monday Season 2. ^^ Where's J nya? Lol at the new terrorist group. Is it a biological weapon this time? Season one is a neuron weapon.

Hurray! Koshonin Season 2! Is Shirotan going to appear again? He was really good as a deranged, cold-blooded teen killer. (no, not Tezuka going insane) I think I may watch Bloody Monday drama, and wait for Season 2 of this amazingly action-packed thriller manga to appear. If only there is a siimilar novel where I can read, like hackers helping the government stop terrorist attacks. I prefer something more international so that I can indulge in Hetalia fandom, and anyway, I haven't been able to find the books I want to read after my Pendergast excitement, Jack the Repairman and the Dresden files. I'm not an epic novel fan because the battle just goes on and on and on (though I used to read them, only for the adventure part)

Ah well, I need to memorise all my theory stuff or I'll die during the exam. Smoking everything up isn't my way of answering the questions. Ah well, one day to commit everything to memory... Falcon! Help me!

Am installing Windows 7...or trying to, since my dear laptop is so beloved I'm doing my best to stay awake by studying algorithms. Maybe I should just pass the time reading Bloody Monday as well...? Or find some other manga on my list to read, haha.

I actually read more manga than watch anime. Remember my JC life where I only read manga and watched anime movies that were released...which were Naruto Shippuuden movie and Bleach movie 2. Haha...oh well, the class schedule for sem 2 is out, and I've already taken note of my lectures. Now to plan my time table so that I can fit my electives and tutorials...what the hell, to choose 5 PEs and UEs and MAKE SURE THEY DON'T CLASH...I've taken note of all the Japanese tutorial time slots...mwuhaha~

Phantomhive murder case! Pfft, call in Sherlock Holmes! XDD Or Q class, haha.

Well, I watched 2012, and hell yeah, all the Geography stuff about lithospheric processes whooshed back into my mind. And Helen and I agreed that people who studied the plate movements would surely understand what the geographers in the movie were talking about. Though the destruction was terrible - I mean, wth, 9.4 moment magnitude earthquake? (Not Richter scale. It's different) - the ending gave me a O.o look. Hello, everywhere else is destroyed by ground-breaking earthquakes (pardon the pun) or massive tsunamis that Neptune or Poseidon can conjure, but Africa is left intact? I snorted when in the movie, they said Mount Everest isn't the highest mountain anymore, it's some mountain in Africa, maybe near the African Rift Valley?

There were many sacrifices. Next time, if any anime shows some irritating prophecy that so-and-so will bring about destruction to the whole world, I'll probably shrug it off with a "Talking about 2012? Been there, seen that. How much power do you have anyway?"

And that's a week till next Tuesday for my last exam paper. Everything has been disastrous so far.

I want to go to the library and borrow tons of books to read. I like reading supernatural and urban fantasy. I just want to sink my teeth into a good book and read for all it's worth. For now, I'll just content myself with reading manga and fanfiction until my exams end...lol

Having found some videos for Heartbreaker on piano, I think I want to try out my own interpretation. Not sure if I want to do the original fast uptempo beat or a more soothing version, but for now, let me try playing Koe wo Kikasete and Love Like This. Though I printed out the sheet music, I rarely follow the written notes. Haha. Only in classical music will I follow exactly (no choice, duh. The composers will writhe in their graves if I play a note out of the score.) Problem is, most of the videos I found use the electronic piano. Hard to find people using the upright, which is harder to play (and don't get me started on HOW they play. Must be the influence of my teacher...), or even the grand, which is what professionals play during concerts and recitals. AKA nice sound, excellent technique, fusing the music with your soul blah blah blah (have been watching too much anime).

My favourite version of Heartbreaker piano. It's softer but no less pop. I could use the LH playing style (since I'm exploring various ways of playing pop/rock music).

The reason why I rarely play by ear is because I tend to forget the music, and I tend to want to replicate every detail instead of improvising along the way. Perfectionist much. Not even listening 20 times in a row will make me remember, haha, since I usually zone out and treat it as background music. Hence I was really bored listening to the same old songs for half a year while I was preparing for my diploma exam. Not my playing, rather the CDs I borrowed from Esplanade. But that increased my listening skills - now, when I listen to my mp3, I can pick out the tiny details. My earpieces didn't change, yet somehow, the volume seemed louder than usual...

Still, because I forget the melody easily, I need a score to guide me, haha. Not that I'll follow what's written (read: transforming a simple melody into something more complicated). But now, gotta study my Java. I'm at Arrays now, and trying to do my past-year papers which look suspiciously like my lab assignments...

I'll fail the exam for sure. WRITE A PROGRAM ... on the spot ... that costs me 25 marks ... and more to give my markers ...

I LOVE THIS SONG!!!!!!!!! And the chorus dance is nice. Sensual, even. Like ballet. *coughYuutacough* Very nice. The lyrics are different from the Inuyasha version though. If you listen closely to the two versions, you'll know.

Maybe I should have downloaded it first before I watch, haha. Anyway, I caught part C when it began loading - poor Dai-chan, nakanaide! *hugs* I think I can only watch part A today since it's nearly 1 hr, part B is more than 1 hr, and part C is about 42 minutes.

Finally, Effective Communications assignments are done! I apologise for my lack of confidence and my high pitch (nervous and agitated!) today, but truthfully, I worry more about my as2 than the oral speech. How the hell do you do the database and abbreviation and translation? I keep getting errors, mou...and the deadline is next week...

Or I'll be surfing yaoi manga for inspiration on the next chapter of 'A Fujoushi Saga'. It still hasn't changed my low tolerance for yaoi, though I don't particularly mind as long as the characters are canon and the bishies are hot. (Number one factor to attract a female fanbase! XDD) But if they're fan-pairings, forget it.
