Connection's kinda lag today...my manga isn't loading properly........

Nousatsu Rock Shounen, prequel to Tokyo Rock Shounen. I like the idea of a rock manga, and comparing the two....I like Tokyo Rock better (because I like megane!Hayate, haha). Even if the story doesn't have much conflict, I don't mind. I'm sick of the same old cliche conflict that most shoujo manga has, unless the conflict is brought about in a slightly different way, or the conflict is dealt with in a different way. Preferably with strong and spunky heroines, haha. But reading a manga with little conflict just brings a nice change for once.

And yes, I'm reading Usotsuki Lily (translated: fake yuri, haha. Wut. Then come up with a fake yaoi, lol. Oh wait, there is. Quite entertaining XD) because the plot is unique. The girl has a crossdressing boyfriend, and chapter 6 shows how Hinata actually makes a better guy than her boyfriend En XDD I mean, reversed roles, how cute ^^ I've always wanted to read something like this, how the girl acts more like the boy in the relationship (of course, the boy WILL act his nature should the need arises). Fresh change in character, bravo. =D

I think I've finished my lab5...not sure if it's correct though...there wasn't much for me to do because I had no progress violation...

Too bad Luna doesn't have much stories, and it doesn't have to be romance. I'd expect Luna's adventures to be fun and discovery-like. She's really strong.

[HPDM] Ministry Ordered Exile: Er, me not a fujoushi and definitely NOT a HPDM (or fan of any yaoi pairing). But this story is hilarious.

Maybe I should take up Minggang's attitude - he finds yaoi a joke to men. Well, I don't like (and no, it doesn't mean I love) yaoi, but I accept it, and now with more exposure *shoots looks at VAS fujoushi*, I find it rather entertaining. I will read any story (except yuri - can't stand it) containing humour, even if it's yaoi. (hello, I've encountered them in novels, any difference?)

Xerxes Break or Vincent Nightray? I'm fine with either - as Venessa said, I can pull them off damn well (my inner sadistic self. But I'm not a psychotic person like Vincent!!!) But my requirement for Vincent is that Gilbert must be around my height. As I want to give Peishan a chance to choose Gilbert (since Grace is taking Cheshire), I'm putting my choices on hold. Anyway both guys have red eyes, or rather, Vincent has red and yellow eyes.........he stole the red one from one-eyed Xerxes. I can also use the red eyes for Prussia.

If Xerxes, I get to quarrel and irritate Vincent. I've plenty of ideas what I can do to invoke his ire. And I need a Sharon.
Props needed: lots and lots of confectionery (ie お菓子) because Xerxes has a sweet tooth.

If Vincent, I too have ideas to pick a fight with Xerxes. I need an Echo to glomp, and a Gilbert to glomp too.
Props needed: Old plushies and scissors to cut them up like some psycho.

We have two people vying for Gilbert and Cheshire each. Well, I don't mind the idea of a Gilbert AND Raven, then Cereph and Peishan can just sort it out on their own. I can't see Grace choosing other character besides Cheshire, and Peishan can do Cheshire too.

I jsut had a sudden thought. If Denise is Echo, I want Weiliang to be Vincent. Cereph can be Gilbert (no need for the bro-com, lol), Peishan as Raven, and I as Xerxes.

But seriously, I've never liked Winter anime. Am more of a fan for Fall - which reminds me to pick up Togainu no Chi, Otome Zakuro, Yakumo, Bakuman and Hakuouki because I haven't been watching any anime.

Speaking of Hakuouki, I'm going to brace myself. Souji dies from tuberculosis. Saito runs to his death. Heisuke dies too. LOL In true historical events, only Saito and Sano lived to ripe old ages of about 71. But too bad, this is Hijikata's route, everyone but Sano and Shinpachi dies.

Well, there is always fanfiction to revive them or turn the story into AU. I like AU, especially comedy storylines. Nothing beats comedy and parody ^^

12 Nov: Whee, I didn't sleep during lectures at all today! ^^ Coz it's the eve of AFA.......well, I'm excited. I like the setting up more than the actual event itself because it's fun to lend a hand and show people you're one of the organizers. Okay, the last part was not necessary, but I've always enjoyed being part of the "saikang" team before a major event - the anticipation before the great event feels nice somehow. I am not sorry I had to miss my lesson (hontou ni gomen nasai sensei!!!) but AFA's more important. They needed the help.

I like to help plan when I can, but more importantly, I like to see the plan come into fruit. I'm a doer, not a speaker. It's clear why I tend to be displeased AND annoyed with people complaining about things - if you don't like, don't just open your mouth and complain and criticise, take action! Well, if it hurts people, I'd rather not encourage it...

I'm sleepy. Didn't get enough sleep because of AFA. If asked for opinions, I'd say AFA was both fun and boring. Fun = seeing the cosplays. Boring = walking around the booths. Well, I bought a set of Hakuouki badges plus a Hibari from a booth - I was the second customer there on the first day. Byakkun and Gin-chan badges were bought from another booth.

M-rated for its bloody scenes. I like, even though Ron died in the story. Very twisted in a sense, something I wanted to read about with as little romance as possible. I want to write something like this, a dark fic about how MTGVAS was formed. I can only do it for the confirmed members with the MTG cards (and me, since I'm the resident Blademaster and Shinigami), so it'll be continuing for quite some time.

A short summary of yesterday's dinner. Most of the stories are told through third-person Gin's point of view, no matter how general it is supposed to be. (I should just go ahead with my MTGVAS story told from a blade master's point of view.)

I want to write one to direct my annoyance at. I'm in a bad mood, and I've lost my appetite. Don't piss me off just because I rarely get worked up over things (mostly I ignore and brush it aside). I can make your eyes bleed without using obscenities. (yes, very Iggy I know. Absolute British Gentleman)

Don't test my patience, dude. Don't blame me if we can't win. If opponents are strong, let them be. It provides a challenge. Just improve. Funny how people like to say it's only a game, and they get irritated because they didn't win, or there are "deadweights" in the team. Fine, Edgeworth, call me one. I'm not as good as you, so what, you don't have to criticise me for it. You don't have to rub it in.

The truth hurts, sure. I know, and I accept it no matter how much I feel like punching the person in the face. But in games, the truth is what they believe it to be. Need more training? Sure, I welcome it, if you are patient enough to teach this ignorant imbecile or at least give tips. No point giving my ears verbal abuse. Teamwork? Sure.

Nope, I don't have multiple personalities. It's just getting into character. Think acting, except cosplayers act the character they're supposed to be.

Well, what do you know? I want to get started on my VAS fiction (or rather, multi-chaptered drabbles and oneshots), but now it is a matter of where to post the stories. I'll consider either LJ or FictionPress nope, not the VAS blog since no one really reads it. LJ maybe *looks at Hetalia fangirls* And FP has a category for manga ie mangaOC crossovers. Fantastic. I love interloping VAS and the fiction world together, or maybe because my MTG counterpart is a shinigami...

Because I have an idea after reading so many of these paranormal novels. What if the heroine is a human, very skilled at the blade? What if she has zero romantic interest in anyone? What if she is a partial otaku?  What if she is on the verge of death in a cold terrain, a silver-haired being cradles her broken body and whispers "I'll give you my reiatsu..." and transfers part of himself into her? (when she goes Shinigami mode she somehow turns into a biseinen) These are just ideas that may change during the progress of the story - I never stick to original ideas, not when I can develop them.......

Theory exam

Yesterday was pretty fun despite not going to Haru, or rather, not attending the events in Haru (I reached there at 5.30pm.........) But the foreign butlers are so tall~ T_T

My theory exam took place at SMU, a three hour paper in which I finished in two hours and spent the remaining hour editing and checking for consecutive parallel 5ths, 8ves and miscellaneous errors. (Grades 6-8 theory take up 3 hours) I have the habit of sitting through the exam even if I finish the paper early (yes, uni exams) so that I can check, double check, triple check...

Denmark and Sweden, stop carrying my browsers off when I'm searching for my scores...

I still have to choose which song I want to learn first for the performance. Definitely not Fantasie Impromptu because it's so common, they must have heard it before, blah blah. I haven't found a Prelude and Fugue I'm interested in yet,  but for sure I'll choose a piece that I can try to learn in 3 months.

I can't cosplay Roy because my facial features are lean and more bishie (as in the cool kind rather than cute, like Liz and Peishan). Peishan however can cosplay him because Roy is pretty stocky. =) So I think I may try Kimblee or Greed ^^ I'm more interested in Kimblee because of his character - amorally neutral, neither good nor bad, only does things that work in his favour.

And...Prussia or Denmark? I like the darker side of history told Hetalia style, even if I can't stand the yaoi and angst and whatever. (wtf, SuDen?) Simply because it's true. I fear doing Prussia because there are German-cest (PruxGer) and German-potato (PruxGerxAus) fans out there.....and I dislike Prussia because his oresama attitude is overbearingly annoying XDD

*cringes* These kind of people make me want to kick them in the nards

Denmark is also another oresama, lol. Too bad, I love my Nordic family...^^ I like my Asia family too - WE NEED MORE ASIA RAWRR~!

DA FUG IS THE LATEST BLEACH CHAPTER. A new arc called Lost Shinigami Representative Badge Arc. I stared at the end of the chapter and just went -.-"

I think I just got recruited into the Hetalia team...3 choices: US, Estonia, Denmark. I chose Denmark, but then I'll need to find my other Scandinavian countries.

We have a VAS team. Doing either FMA or Fairy Tail. If FMA, I'm doing Roy. If Fairy Tail, I'm doing either Mystogan or Fried Justine (wut?). Well, Fried is a long-haired bishie who is strong enough to be an S-class mage, lol. And I'll do the long-haired version.

I'll prefer Mystogan, lol. Dammit, that means I have to watch the anime and re-read the manga just to find out the colour of his clothes and his mannerisms. Which version should I do, that's the problem. The covered-up one or the later ones?

No, wait, we might not even be cosplaying Fairy Tail or FMA. And for FMA, I think Kimblee or Greed suits me better XD We have suggestions like .Hack//, Blazer Drive...

I don't mind any as long as there is a character that suits me. Preferably with a huge ass weapon that I can happily pose with, either as a cold-blooded murderer or a crazed, rampaging shinigami-in-the-flesh XD
