Hetalia crack pairings as a result of Eros. Poor Greece. I can care less about most of the countries, but DenSu and EgyptLithuania and IcePan were simply hilarious. Okay, I like DenSu out of the many Hetalia pairs, happy? Nope, still not a fujoushi. I do use pairings even for guys, but I didn't specifically mention that they are love pairs, did I? If it were hetero of course it's naturally romance, but when I use it on guys, I think of it as bromance, or friendship. I love my Hetalia families and friendships more than the love relationship fandoms which fans/fujoushi squeal over. I just like the relationship subtle. Maybe it is the reason why I'm a cooldere? XD

Okay, because of that fic now I like DenSu as everything. Too bad their history was so bloody - I mean, out of so many fics, most DenSu fics were very angsty and dark. I like dark, I dislike angst. Why? I'm not a negative person, neither am I weak-hearted. I survived my pre-teen and teenage days not by being weak, hadn't I? I wasn't that tall last time; almost all my friends were slightly taller than me. I was no bully, neither did I bother with the territory nonsense them kids loved establishing in school. The nicknames I got all proved helpful and useful in the future......

Niou's album....I was just "fantasizing" about him (or rather, what to write for his profile) when listening to his sexy voice. Okay, if your idea of sexy is the kind with hints of mischief. Oshitari has a sexier voice (deep and seductive, haha), but anyway, I'd say Niou is the kind of person I can get along with....I think I can get along with almost everyone because of my personality....I mean, I can get along with the cool, silent and stoic, the steady and calm, the mischievous and playful (yet scarily powerful). I can barely tolerate the oresama types though.

Cosplay plans dream come true

Okay, I think I AM going broke next year....Firstly, Imperial Prussia. Costs $200 complete with hat. The boots I can go find myself at Bugis. Gotta find a day to go out with Peishan to get our Austro Succession stuff (flag, weapon materials). Pandora Hearts is most likely after Cosfest. Maybe another $300 or so. Then Gakuen Hetalia, which we might do after the game is out where we can have our official pictures. I want to make our grand piano too.

Oh yeah, I finally got to do Ronald Knox! He's one of my favourite characters now, because he's SOOOOOO playful. Coz I didn't have plans for Cosfest Day 2, so Liz and Yu pulled me in as their keyboardist. They'll help me design my costume since there isn't any official version for Ronald. Only Cain (vocals), Ciel (drog bass) and Sebastian (guitar). At first I wonder why they need a keyboardist, then I found out they also plan to sing Bird, whose piano part is pretty prominent (and coincidentally, I wanted to arrange this song. Oh well, time to really listen to Monochrome no Kiss and Bird to improvise and arrange the keyboard parts).

As for Durarara, apparently my wish is coming true. I am pulled by Silk and Grace to do Walker (I did request, and they want me to do him too, haha). Walker, Dotachin and Erika are awesome and scary like hell. Glad to be your acquaintance, Walker-san. Ah, that means I gotta rewatch Durarara just for him, and also rewatch Kuroshitsuji for the part where Ronald turned up.

Going to start catching up on my anime tomorrow, or today for the matter.

Smooth and slick? Maybe. While you aren't the most emotional person in the world it doesn't mean you can give out feelings. You do your romance very subtly and you'll often wait for the other one to make a move. A compromising type who might mistake romance with other things. Cool is not always smart.

I'm a cooldere, and I so happen to like subtle romance more than outright confession and lovey-dovey actions. =w= Which is why I like the romance of side characters because it's more subtle, less portrayed. Too bad it's so hard to find subtle romance in manga (coz I mostly see "fast, furious beating of hearts" "Oh no, I'm falling in love with him!" I mean, what the hell, I don't believe in love at first sight, especially NOT falling in love with the "most popular guy in school" or "an idol". They can just screw themselves for all I care.)

Yay, finally managed to read Seiryu ka~! I love how unique this manga is. Favourite character is Mizuki, my pretty megane bishounen! He's not weak, Shuuma. I like how scary he can be, haha. But yeah, I like Hime's response - "I don't like male idols!" Oh, that was awesome! XD It's interesting that Hime can do male roles better than cute females. I find that cool actually, especially since girls tend to cosplay bishounen better than boys, unless the boys have the pretty boy look.

I was down with a flu yesterday, and I practically took my last exam in the North Pole today. Bloody, freaking cold. I was in the line of cold fire - even wearing my gloves and zipping my jacket all the way helped little except make me slightly lethargic and slow in the head while trying to answer the questions. Too much explanation to write, too foggy to think.

Then the family chalet. I was really bored, except that talking to my cousins after not seeing them for quite sometime was nice. Though them discussing Kpop drew a line between us *makes a point NOT to be involved in Kpop discussions simply because it's not her cup of tea*

First heard Marasy-san play when I was searching for Bad Apple piano. Didn't know he's the same guy who plays all the Touhou music and produced albums, all piano. (go youtube and find - he's awesome. Maybe because the video quality isn't very good, but I bet if he plays on grand piano, in a nice recording, it'll be awesome.) Well, V.I.P(Marasy plays Vocaloid Instrumental on Piano) is his latest. I see Just Be Friends, haha.

I'm not as good, haha. But yeah, his playing is nice. And I sure want to be inspired to compose music should there be any composing needed for the elective I plan to take next semester.



And this is simply fantastic. See, such good quality ^^ And it's his own composition for Vocaloid. Sorry, but I think instrumental versions are better than vocal versions *sweatdrop* Gomen to all who love their favourite artistes voices. I have my own favourite too, but if the instrumental arrangement is nice, my meter tilts towards the instruments (because it's the musicians who are good ^^) I swear, if he composes more music like this, I'll buy his album when I go Japan. *adds to wishlist* And wtf, he's only 20.

*stalks juniors' Facebook* OMG, Meiden had a concert in a concert hall!!! Hmm, I wonder how many alumni went this time, or if any went at all. Ming Yew didn't go, though my other four kouhai did. But I still think my generation had more 男の人 and　美青年　than this batch, and Hiroki-tachi were damn enthusiastic. I was the only girl in the section (Singapore side) and pretty much teased by Hiroki and Shota. Tatsuya was really cute, and now he's more handsome XDD Mako just went from kawaii to bishoujo. I don't know about Yuri - needs to see pictures XD

I swear I'm going to wring the details out of my juniors. Not all, just roughly what they did, where they went, how many tubists in the section. Looking at the photos, they went on 8 December and came back...when?

PrussiaXHungary...lol. Hungary really is manly, even if she's a fujoushi. I like the Hetalia females; they have spunk. Wish there were more fics are about them showing the men that they are no damsels in distresses. I'm tired of all the BL and yaoi. Though the Bill is irritating, I can care less since I don't read yaoi or yuri, and few mature manga of explicit sexual content. I go for interesting storylines, everything else can be insignificant.

So many plans for Gakuen Hetalia *____* Oh yeah, gakuen is one of the most versatile idea triggers for any good ole fun photoshoots, especially when we have a good location. In BFT, we have Prussia, Spain and France. I'm willing to bet France is the playboy and flirt, Prussia's a troublemaker, Spain a happy-go-lucky tomato-loving bastard.

♫ Three more days and I'll be free at last, to carry out my plans. First of which involves planning for the next semester, second which involves the process into becoming a French composer expert (like real), third which involves cosplay stuff.

♥ Gakuen Hetalia

Silk shares the same views as me, and I've only just started cosplaying this July. I want to know the character in-depth, more than just the back of the hand.

On a second note, we have a Vincent - Christopher! Haha, omg, that'll be damn cool XD I've booked a few slots with Cheshire, and I want one with Vincent too.

But right now, I want to do Gakuen Hetalia first. ADM is the perfect place for a photoshoot involving lockers. Tutorial rooms are great for detention (and escaping detention). Libraries are great for studying. Canteens/ cafeterias/ fast food outlets are great for recess.

Okay, I share Grace's sentiments. I seriously will not cosplay any character whose anime/manga I've not watched/read because I can't get in-character. Liz hasn't even watched Durarara or Kuroshitsuji, just heard of it, and she cosplayed Izaya and Ciel. Though the pictures are good (Sonia ^^), I can't sense any Ciel vibe (nor Izaya). And Ciel's eyes are BLUE *facepalm* INVEST in coloured contact lenses next time; I'll be getting red (Prussia, Xerxes) and maybe blue (Denmark?).

Liz, should you ever find this blog (wow, you must be good. No one knows this link, and it can't be googled), please don't think I'm criticising you or anything. Just want to tell you that you're good, but please, at least know the anime/manga first. Funny how you don't like spoilers and yet you want to cosplay for the sake of it, without knowing anything in-depth =.= Even if I don't watch Haruhi or K-On, I at least know the characters because of the people around me, but I will NOT cosplay any of the them because I don't know them well enough.

And yes, I can recognise my past self anywhere no matter what cosplay s/he does. *shrugs*

Prussia and Denmark

Just went to STARS planner to plan my timetable for next semester. Well, I've found an elective I want to take, just that I've no idea if it's still available. INT340. Only 18 slots available, and I don't know if they refer to ADM students or something........I hope to get in though - I want to try my hand at composing music.

This class will introduce the student to the concepts of music composition as it has developed to its present form. Areas covered will include serialism, improvisation & generative music. They will learn about computer based compositional tools for both recorded and live performances. 

Uh-huh, and what do you do besides that? (Computer-based conpositional tools, wut? Do we have to buy the software or something?)

OMG, this is...this is...♥♥♥♥♥ I mean, I am planning to cosplay both of them, and someone drew them together!!! I mean, omg, it's like seeing both Hetalia sides of me being drawn.

I agree, her art style looks almost similar to Kazuki Yone's (Hakuouki, Hiiro no Kakera), but I sure love Kazuki-sensei's art better. The colouring is more awesome. Otome game boys are always so beautiful/hot/sexy, different types for different tastes. My favourites are the cool, silent and strong ones, but if they exist in my world I will definitely enjoy playing pranks and getting out of trouble with those playful, mischievous ones (except that they tend to be sexy and seductive too, wth).

Oh my gawd, Tenimyu 2nd season?! LOL I was looking at the links on my blog and wondering which ones to remove. I won't mind if they come up with the Shin Tenipuri, alas the story is still in the works...6thTezuka looks damn cute, the gentle kind if you ask me. >D Haha, but I've fallen out of Tenipuri fandom already, making way to otome games. Not even anime, but otome games which I don't even play. XD Well, otome games with anime, yeah, I'll watch. I prefer Idea Factory's otome games because the character designs are so pretty, but I just like any otome games with pretty character designs. *_* If only the heroines have backbone too...what's with Idea Factory making the heroines so dependent on the guys? If there're any half-decent ones that can at least kick some ass or has spunk or is feisty towards all the guys who end up liking her, tell me.

Meh, time flies - we're to start planning our timetable for Semester 2. I'll do that after exams, of course. But will need to look through the electives - gotta take one last AHSS elective, or one PE whose exam does not clash with any of my cores. And next semester, I'm going to be very, very busy. Swamped with lab, projects, and depending on my elective, mid-term tests.

Starry Sky anthology!! I saw them at Kinokuniya last time, but didn't buy because I didn't know how the stories were like (Autumn cover done by Shouota Aya, Leo was so bishie T__T)

I found this manga Yamamoto Zenjirou to Moushimasu, about a 10 year old girl Hotate who can see ghosts. But this story is really sweet. Uh, someone tell me why the adults look like they're only 18 rather than adults? I mean, Yamamoto is a bishie!!! Well, I don't know about this, but I think if you can see ghosts, you tend to be less fearful of the unknown than those who can't. After all, humans have this perception to fear what they can't see, ie fear of what lurks beyond the physical darkness, fear of the unknown.

I'm updated with the current Kekkaishi chapter, and now I'm bored. I usually pick long series of manga to read during exam period - I don't watch anime during exam period because I prefer marathoning the whole series up till the latest episode. Which takes up more time than manga actually.

I don't have the full character album for Wand of Fortune. I lack Alvaro and Julius' songs. Well, managed to find one album, but it's friggin encrypted, and the person who uploaded it didn't even post the password on the site. Next time I go Japan, I'll make sure to pop by music stores where I can get my hands on those otome game character albums, those that catch my eye that is.

Back to studying. I'm bored. Shall think of what to do later.

Though I like the twist of events, I'm trying to not wring Daemon's neck myself. I mean, he's Prussian........*cough*

I forgot that my kouhai are currently in Japan for their Aichi Meiden exchange, well, except that they're probably in Tokyo now, I don't know. I'll be sure to bug them for details and stalk their facebook photos after my exams, haha.

Shopping after exams - YES PLEASE. Mostly for cosplay stuff, but it's going to be fun. Hopefully.

As I feared, CSC204 was a killer. There were questions I made careless mistakes, and questions I knew I could solve if only I remembered how to calculate the angles and N and L...

I want to kill myself, except that I'm technically a shinigami and am already unkillable.

After looking through my notes and tutorial questions, I'm slightly more confident in csc204, but it's not enough. The exam paper scares me. Or rather, 3D transformations dealing with rotation scares me. How to get the angles? I know one has to draw out the diagram in order to see clearly, but I believe I might make mistakes too. Okay, time to look at those questions in the textbook.........

Hakuouki s2 has such a sad ending. My favourite Hakuouki picture, the one of them in Shinsengumi costume, is also the last memory in the anime ending. Basically, where everyone was killed. It's like going through Kazama's route where all the Shinsengumi members die. Bloody hell, this otome game really doesn't count as fluffy shoujo. Which is WHY I love Hakuouki, besides the pretty bishounen (biseinen?) and storyline.

Fanfiction, here I come. I shall think of AU storylines and oneshots whatsoever, even a Shinigami visiting them in the netherworld, just to see them again. Zuisuroku has more romance in it, plus good endings that different from Kitan (ie the anime is following the first game).

Exams first.

Lol, Ougi Shichirou, how dare you defile the name of Shinigami? Though I wouldn't mind cosplaying him since I can easily bring out his character. *is amused* And Urakai's leader Oumi Nichinaga is a shounen. *even more amused* But leave Karasumori alone - it has nothing to do with you, insolent brat-who-is-in-fact-way-older-than-my-great-grandparents. Destroy everything, and what do you plan to do after that?

I fear for my csc204. I couldn't answer the exam questions properly. But I suppose I need more time to remember how to solve the questions.

Let's see, I've a list of songs I want to transcribe/arrange after the exams.

1. Hakuouki anime medley - Shan't say what songs I want to include yet.
2. Bird (TV) -  I was transcribing it halfway during lecture, then a flurry of work started attacking me...
3. Wa Wa World Ondo piano - the piano version sounds so much nicer than the original version
4. APH medley - probably a gift to all the APH fans, consisting of the different character songs and theme songs

Oh, so Liz cosplayed Izaya for that cosplay event. Saw it on dA when Grace uploaded some of the photoshoot images. Haha, though I can do Izaya-kun perfectly, if given a chance to choose a Durarara character to cosplay, I'll pick Walker only. Coz he's freaking scary when angered. ^^

But enough of cosplay until Christmas. I will try my best to portray a good Prussia next year. If I can do a good Prussia through expression, I can do Xerxes. Though there are good Xerxes cosplays out there, I've yet to find one dark image of him. Playful yes, secretive yes, but dark and maybe emo?

TF2

I haven't played TF2 for a long time, and played for about 2 hours today (until my mum put on THE FACE and told me to study. Damn, and I wanted to improve my survivor skills as pyro...). The first game, I was adjusting to the surroundings, and had many nemesis. I finally got my revenge on them all in one go before I changed game. I do not aim for the highest kills (of course, neither do I want to be the last), I aim to win the game. So different from L4D2, though I was quite amused by someone with an Indian accent cursing at the medic in the first game. The second game was pretty international, with Americans and possibly a Russian? (his/her username looked Russian) Well, I managed to get the best out of them when there were 5v5. When the number increased I just became sacrificial lamb coz I just liked rushing. Unfortunately I don't like being a Heavy - can't control him properly. I was amused by the number of Demomen, but their detonators are really useful. Too bad in that environment I can't be a sniper without getting my ass kicked by the opponent who sniped me so many times I swore to get revenge. I did, with a rocket launcher.

DN ANGEL

I'm waiting for DN Angel vol 14 to be translated and released in manga. Last time I went to Kinokuniya, I found the Japanese manga, but couldn't locate the Chinese version. Yes, though I read the English scans, I do support and buy the manga because I simply love the art. ^^

The connection currently sucks. I can't play Castle Age (lost all my gifts to blank screens), Knights of the Crystals, or Pet Society. I can't read any of my manga either - had to refresh Fairy Tail pages so many times. Bah, and I want to read DN Angel, Kekkaishi...

Studying algorithms now...hmm, I find csc201 and csc202 somewhat okay. csc203 will need some time to remember all the stuff, but csc204...needs more time to digest the formula and calculations.  While calculating matrices, I forgot I had a GC to help me calculate...silly me.

Finally, Bleach is getting somewhere, no matter how wtf it is. Naruto's getting more interesting - wonders whether Madara or Kabuto will emerge victorious in the game of manipulation. As for KHR, I'm trying not to facepalm at the prejudice involved. How do you know Primo's personality when he died 400 years ago? Saying Tsuna's like the treacherous Primo is so blindingly stupid. Who is to say there aren't any external factors involved in putting the sole blame on Vongola? I can't see how Shimon is any better.

Clash of conflicting ideals. Violence leads to more violence, and it can never be solved calmly. Time for us women to take over leadership, suckas....

Huh, I'm being strangely tolerant these few days, even more tolerant than last time. I am feeling annoyed, but not enough to lash out, and certainly not angry enough to start wrecking havoc. I know describing myself as some ticking time-bomb sounds ridiculous, but it's probably the only way to drill into people's heads that I'm no pushover like you think I am. I didn't survive my childhood by being weak sauce.

If I were to claim a theme song for my shinigami status (since this shinigami cannot be associated with rock), I'd say Kalafina's Red Moon.

Whose ending should I use this for, Yukimura or Atobe's?

I would cosplay Prussia for Austro Succession War, Bad Friends Trio, even fulfill Sakia's German-potato or Frying Panangle, but after WWII, no way. Based on my character, I do not submit to anyone, neither do I let myself be bullied. Which is why I will not do Kaliningrad. I don't mind the so-called Germancest if you view it as brothers. The fanart of Prussia taking care of young Germany was heartwarmingly cute. Nothing gets to me better than the subtle signs that signify the relationship between two people.

Say, a love relationship. Very subtle actions like an exchange of smiles that seem to brighten up the very place you're in simply because they're comfortable in each other's presence, it's really heartwarming. Unfortunately, I DON'T find such scenarios being written out in fanfics, and very few manga show these scenes (maybe Kimi ni Todoke? Gotta read that manga then). Which is why, I shall introduce this idea in my currently-on-hiatus story (Tezuka and Kairyu). I've already decided on my pairings (I want both YukimuraKazuko + NiouMiura and AtobeKazuko + OshitariMiura, so I'll leave the second last chapter with a cliffhanger and write both endings), just need to find scenarios to develop the story now. I've already planned a twist too, hehe.

Also, I'm planning my next story for fanfiction.net, just haven't decided which anime to use yet. I'll try not to use OCs unless there are simply too few girls to use, or I can just genderbend a guy.

Now, I like Bad Friends Trio. Great buddies, the lot of them. So many fanart and so many different poses I'll enjoy doing. *__* The pose I most want to do is where you look like you're jumping off a high place, an exhilarated expression on your face. I want that mid-air shot, with or without weapons. It's going to be hard to get the perfect shot, but I'm willing to try.

Kekkaishi

Kekkaishi is nice, as far as action supernatural manga goes. ^^ Though I'm sorely tempted to write my response to situations like this:

ayakashi: We don't hate humans. In fact, we want to be like them.

Gen: *tries attacking Kaguro*

Kaguro: *smirks and fells Gen in one strike* *attacks the demon dogs in one strike too*

me: WTF, tell me where's the love for humans if you plan to harm them, friggin assholes?

I am sorely tempted to write various oneshots of Shinigami!Gin (or Sgaile, whatever name I pick) doing her job. She's not from Seireitei like those Bleach shinigami, neither is she from Hell. She's a different entity altogether, like a god. A Death God, but still a god. In a way, she doesn't think like humans, doesn't behave like humans.

That can go into my story...though instead of the spunky tomboy we all know, it's going to be mellow, and emotionless, and just there. The part where the main character becomes a shinigami will conclude the story.
